Water around the skylight after rain, wet wall or ceiling – this is a serious problem that can damage the building structure. We service Velux, Fakro and Roto without going onto the roof.

The sealing collar (flashing) around the roof window connects the window to the roofing material. Cracks or detachment cause water to run directly into the frame. Repair requires external access.
Incorrect sash adjustment
The roof window sash must press against the frame with defined force. If detuned, water enters in strong wind or driving rain. Lock and hinge adjustment to set correct compression – no parts replacement needed.
